【Program Background】
Since China joined the WTO, enterprises have faced a serious problem: they are challenged and impacted by more international renowned enterprises.
As foreign large enterprises and brands set up factories in China and utilize Chinese labor force, domestic enterprises have been on the same competitive level as them. The cost advantage of labor force that domestic enterprises relied on before no longer exists. Therefore, if they do not innovate, they will have no chance and no way out. Only by innovating the management model within the enterprise, the corporate culture, and enhancing product competitiveness, can they better adapt to the external changes of the enterprise and meet the challenges from competitors, allowing the enterprise to have lasting vitality.
This European study tour enables participants to gain a clear understanding of their own company's internal environment through training at renowned universities in Spain and Italy, as well as visits to leading companies. This process helps them analyze and identify the strengths and weaknesses of their own enterprises.
Through visits to benchmark companies, trainees are able to broaden their horizons while reflecting on how to formulate targeted strategies, effectively utilize their own resources, continuously innovate, and leverage the advantages of their enterprises, thus laying a solid foundation for their enterprises to go international.
